Revelle 32 deuce coupe...

build inspired by the Swicthblade 327 car previously owned by Brian Setzer...

though Setzers was a chop top, i never did that kind of work before.

An excellent song. I was just listening to the Dirty Boogie album the other day.

Switchblade 327! Lit cigarette in his hand. Steel toed boots on the accelerator. Oil leakin' outta the pan.
Switchblade, three two barrels. Gettin' there as fast as he can. All juiced up like a hot carburetor.
Spittin' gas onto the fan. Blacktop burnout, Saturday night. Try to catch him if you can.

I used to work on Brian's wife's Jaguar when I was a tech in Rancho Mirage. He would drop her off in that burnt orange Deuce. Loud as hell, pissed off the service manager every time.

Brian is a favorite of mine.

the Deuce is one of the coolest.

hope to get some serious time in on this this weekend.

so many options with this kit!

i may buy another and try to do the Milner car.

so... where can i get little metal rods for axels for these 1/25th cars?

here's a few quick pics, the body and chasis are not together, still need to install intierior, shocks and some odds and ends...

not exactly like the real car, but along the same lines.

Brian Setzer is just an all around bad ass if you ask me. Always beena fan of the Stray Cats.

Amen to that, Rock-A-Billy rules!!!! Nice car too btw!!!!
