Lifeless piece of steel

--- ---- ----

Unplugged they're dying

This one is a classic in it's genre, although more famous for it's instrumental bridges than it's lyrics

Speeding, sparks like lightning

Engine working hard
Furnace on the foot plate
Shining in the night
Iron striking metal
The sound of racing steel
It's all I ever wanna hear
It's music to my ears

I like the way that they walk

And it's chill to hear them talk

And I can always make them smile

From White Castle to the Nile

Back in the day

There was this girl around the way

She liked by home-piece M.C.A.

He said he would not give her play

I asked him, "Please?" he said, "You may."

Her pants were tight and that's ok

If she would dance I would D.J.

We took a walk down to the bay

Saying I love you

Is not the words I want to hear from you

It's not that I want you

Not to say, but if you only knew

How easy it would be to show me how you feel

Still not solved

more than words - extreme, very talented group, these lyrics to this song are really confusing. for me, not their best stuff.

I remember every little thing

They cried their tears and shed their fears

up and down the land

they stole guitar or used guitars

So the tape would understand

Without the slightest hope of a thousand scales

Just as if as if there was

The Clash - Hitsville UK

BTW , it goes "thousand sales" not "scales". The song is partially about commercialism in the music industry.

Guess I got what I deserved

Kept you waiting there too long, my love

All that time without a word

Didn't know you'd think that I'd forget

Or I'd regret a special love I had for you

They used it to end the show, didn't they? Kinda like how The Sopranos ended with Journey's Don't Stop Believin'.

You'd rather have wine than gin

Only the finest by your skin

Always running after Time - catching

You're fancy with rhyme

Shining on the front page again

Yep. That's the way I re-discovered it.

As Walt is dying on the floor of the lab, it plays and the camera raises up as the cops come in to see the body.

I could be wrong I could be right

I could be right I could be wrong

I could be black I could be white

I could be white I coud be black

Your time has come your second skin

Climb so high gain so low

walk through the valley

the written word is a lie

May the road rise with you x4

I could hide, 'neath the wings

Of the bluebird as she sings

The six o'clock alarm would never ring

Breaking Bad ended better then the Sopranos and I am a fan of the Sopranos. I still watch them on a regular as I bought the whole dvd set of both shows..

You're a hell of a singer and a powerful man
But you surround yourself
With people who demand so little of you.

You touched my soul with your beautiful song,
You even had me singing along right with you
