Can I get a witness?

Some Kind of Wonderful. Dunno who did it originally, but Grand Funk had a big hit with a cover of it.

Saturday Morning Wake Me Up !!!! Get Up Ottaa That Bed!!!!

#1) The people of the earth stood waiting

Watching as the ships came one by one

#2) What ever colors you have in your mind

I show them to you and you see them shine

#3) And every time I scratch my nails

Down someone else's back I hope you feel it

#4) But I kept on looking for a sign

In the middle of the night

But I couldn't see the light

No, I couldn't see the light

#5) Put away that gun

And this part is simple

Try to recognize

What is in your mind

Hint: Big mostly novelty artist. Had a little trouble with the song's title because of objections from a beer company (which might have caused it to stall on the charts). Story in the song was partly copied for an episode of Family Guy.

Ray Stevens - "Butch Bavarian" - retitled "Butch Barbarian" because of complaints from the folks who make Busch Bavarian beer. Plotline (becoming a human nest for endangered swallows) was used for FG episode "Brian Wallows and Peter's Swallows".

And now in stereo!

Good Morning Gang!!!

#2) From WBW was Time Passages/Al Stewart

CZED #5975 I'm sure many posts are repeats! I bet I've done some myself! I spend way to much time on this site the way it is (but I enjoy it) I'm not going to riffle through every post to see if it's a repeat! I see more people participating all the time, they may have not seen any of these.

To the younger crowd!!!!! I wish I had more to offer!!!! I pretty much stopped listing to the radio in 2002 when my Daughter went off to college. I know a little Hip Hop, Rap and what we used to call Top Forty ( I don't even know if that still exists) Not a big fan of much of it, However some of it is really good!

Saturday Morning Wake Up. That went quick!!!!!

#2 & 4, Mr. Avatar ( Harry)

#1 & 5, Captain Reverb (#1 Billy Thorpe)

#3, Misternemo (Ryan)

Have a great day all !!!!! They said it was going to be warn and sunny in Wisconsin today! Looks like rain to me. I can't change it but I'm really getting tired of this extended Winter!!! Al can you hear me!!!!! :D

Ben E King (stand by me) Passes at 76. RIP

Lady Godiva by Peter & Gordon

Correct!

On a sidenote, I think Peter Asher was the model for Austin Powers
