tubbs
Yes, great song and you hardly hear it on the classic rock stations...you got that right. I have it on a mixed CD first song. even has the weird noises at the beginning. he has credit for some Bon Jove stuff, blaze of glory, or whichever album that was on. tubbs
haha, this is NOT my type of music at all, but it's a hilarious song. here is the whole first verse.Have you ever met a girl that you tried to dateBut a year to make love she wanted you to waitLet me tell ya a story of my situationI was talkin' to this girl from the U.S. nationThe way that I met her was on tour at a concertShe had long hair and a short miniskirtI just got onstage drippin', pourin' with sweatI was walkin' through the crowd and gues who I metI whispered in her ear, "Come to the picture boothSo I can ask you some questions to see if you are a hundred proof"I asked her her name, she said blah-blah-blahShe had 9/10 pants and a very big braI took a couple of flicks and she was enthusedI said, "How do you like the show?"she said, "I was very amused"I started throwin' bass, she started throwin' back mid-rangeBut when I sprung the question, she acted kind of strangeThen when I asked, "Do ya have a man," she tried to pretendShe said, "No I don't, I only have a friend"Come on, I'm not even goin' for itThis is what I'm goin' singjust posting this, i'm laughing. I will be singing this stupid song all day now. don't even know how I thought of it.

chunkypeanutbutter
Day 126: a small pocket of resistance still remains within the current generation, those who refuse to adhere to the new musical norms.... Prosecuted, they hide Something I've found is the show "Supernatural" has gotten a lot more teens interested in classic rock... However it backfires when they won't stop playing "Back in Black" or "Heat of the Moment" over... and over... and over...
