Removed the wheel wells, added a gas filler to the rear, and made holes where the side trim was removed. Added some bits to the driver's seat. Custom made roll bar.

I always thought it was strange that AMT made convertible stock cars. Only recently did I realize that that NASCAR had the convertible division until May 1962.
