SOHC engines came with cast iron heads. Aluminum heads where sold as parts. Today there is a myriad of aftermarket aluminum heads for this engine setup.

If you are going to point something out, then tell the whole story, that way all the facts are on the table.

And it is not ok by you if you got so irritated over this.

Didn't know the Mustang used the willys chassis. However I think the Malco Gasser kit used the chassis from the Multi Maverick kit. Can anyone verify that?

The frame /floor pan looks very close to the article on the Malco gasser in Car Craft form back then.

No the Multi Maverick Gasser/Altered was a later build after the red 1969-70 Mr Gasket Gasser Mustang (as were the model), and George didn't use it that much and sold it eventually. there is not much written about it other than the January 1971 Hot Rod article.

As Bill said Willys chassis was used for the Malco and Mr Gasket Mustangs, so the MPC model is quite right from the box and you can build it as it is.
