KJ790 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Many of you have seen my thread about modern big rig tires, now I wanted to share my website where you can see all of my parts. Over the next few months I will have many new parts coming. Hope you enjoy http://kdhumphr.wix.com/double-take-replicas
guitarsam326 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Just checked out your website and I'm glad to see that someone is making 24.5's I need some for a couple 1:1 projects and hopefully I can order some soon, just one suggestion, I would try to mark all your decal images with sample across them or something so no one can use them without buying them from you. Anyway, hopefully we can do business sometime!

KJ790 Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 Some teaser pics of things to come. I've been working on a few masters:
Jim B Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Nice looking sleeper. Is that a W900L or B hood?
KJ790 Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 Thanks. I still have to add rivet detail and door handles to the sleeper, but it should be pretty nice. That is a W900L hood. I am actually making 2 different W900L hoods, a straight cowl version to fit with the B model cab of the Revell snap kit, and a curved cowl version to fit with the AMT T600 cab, as well as a modern Aerocab and sleeper that I am making.
Jim B Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 (edited) Nice! I hope to see them in Utica. You are coming, aren't you? Edited September 25, 2014 by Jim B
KJ790 Posted September 25, 2014 Author Posted September 25, 2014 Yes I plan on going to the Utica show. I am hoping to have a few new things by then.

Petetrucker07 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Be even better if you did the newer dash to go with it
BigBad Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 You have some neat stuff there! I like your W900! FINALLY!
KJ790 Posted September 26, 2014 Author Posted September 26, 2014 Be even better if you did the newer dash to go with it That's part of the plan, but it might take a little bit.
Petetrucker07 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Awesome. Good to know it was thought of already
Mr mopar Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 How do you make your decals? Alps I like your stuff looks good
tbill Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 does this mean you'll have a booth at fulton? good looking stuff, and close to home as well [that may be good and bad at the same time.... ]
KJ790 Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 How do you make your decals? Alps I like your stuff looks good Unfortunately I do not have an Alps printer, hopefully someday. This is why my decal selection is limited at the moment. The decals are printed on Papilio waterslide decal paper. This works well for small decals. but is not ideal for every type of decal. does this mean you'll have a booth at fulton? good looking stuff, and close to home as well [that may be good and bad at the same time.... ] I hope to, but I have a lot of work to do before then!
