Lindberg did a '66 SS396 Chevelle. Dunno if it's currently in production or not but it's not rare.

Revell makes the '65 Z16 SS396 Chevelle. It must be in production, I just saw one at AC Moore last week. MSRP is about $25 on it now, though (at least it was at AC Moore).
