426-Hemi Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Hello group, I'm new here, but not to modeling. I am truely an avid Model Railroader with a history dating back some 26 plus years ago to model cars and trucks of 1/24th and 1/25th scales.... I've had that almost burned out flame re-lite by my late Dad with a model of his real '39 Chevy business coupe that my Step-Mom asked me to build a model of, so about 60 models intop the whole new kit building world, here I am..... Some here may know me on other sites! I go by "67 Power Wagon" (I OWN one!) and then "-Hemi-" and finally I am also "Hemi" on one other site....... Hope to help others, make things, and show a bit of my own talents.....As well as learn from others, and enjoy what they have built! Glad to be here!

Off to have a look around to see what and get used to what the forums have to offer and get used too! Thanks for having me!

426-Hemi Posted October 15, 2014 Author Posted October 15, 2014 Thank you thank you........... What yer favorite Mopar Poison? Me? I'd be goin to say the '70 Dodge Super Bee or '70 Dodge Coronet. Same car, different package!!!!! You?
JollySipper Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Have any pics of your Power Wagon, John? I love that era Dodge truck, I had a '71 short bed for a while with a warmed-over 318....
426-Hemi Posted October 15, 2014 Author Posted October 15, 2014 TJ, I sure do! Have a look: I got a 383 in mine, as its a stock G.I. eddition truck was a towing rig for the Army.....Right now however its apart at my step-sons garage as it needed a fuel line and I found while removing the original one that it needed the first and second cross members replaced, they weren't rusted through but were "soft" so.....While where it could sit long enough, wasn't a better time to do it!
426-Hemi Posted October 15, 2014 Author Posted October 15, 2014 Frank, you look at my "1:1's" posting over at JrrsChrrs. you'll see the "Beast" too!
