cutting thin aluminum cleanly

Harbor freight sells a Micro chop saw that cuts excellent, Micro mark also sells a Jewelers saw that is hand held, if your not in to power tools. There are also Small tubing cutters available at the Hardware stores ususally they handle 1/8 to 1/2 inch size. I have all of these, and sometimes still use the #11 blade on my exacto knife.
