This is not the first time I've seen somebody do this with a Visiable V-8. I do have to question his way of measuring rpms. Watching that meter fluctuate up and down, giving different readings the way it did, did not come off very scientific to me. I also question, what is it acutally measuring? Interesting. But, not very convincing.

I built a Powered one. I could barely keep it running at the battery pack level

without having the plastic pushrods bend and drop down into the oil pan!!

I wonder what he used in place of those kit parts!??
And what other parts did he replace??

The valve float is unreal! Is it a electric mother running it? It almost sounds like a real engine.

no kidding. especially considering it was meant to be run with a puny little electric motor and here the guy is running it into the ground with a big torquey power drill. and the V8 at least really kept up pretty well. better than a lot of the motors in the other video!
