ERIK88 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 How do you guys build a booth to take pictures of model cars? Do you use white paper? Lol

Nacho Z Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) I use the same on as Jonathan. I am happy with it. You can use different backgrounds and different lighting for different looks. You can make the same model come across much different with a few little changes. Edited January 12, 2015 by Nacho Z
gtx6970 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Just simple white board stood up and a second one as a base . No frills no fuss. Depending on the builds color, I may also use a colored towl drapped over a chair
ERIK88 Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 thanks a lot guys for the tips! All of your ideas are great!
Drake69 Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Posterboard background and this: http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/9-x-12-black-checkerboard-printed-felt-rectangle-329326/
GeeBee Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 As I seem to be doing more reviews and magazine articles I thought it was time I got something a bit better than a white sheet thrown over my chair in the hobby room, so got one of these,
Roadrunner Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 I use this I just bought something similar (Amazon), and in natural sunlight, it works great. The small lights might come in handy, but floods are still required indoors, or at least this has been my experience.
jeffs396 Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 I built one of these a few years ago, works well... http://italianhorses.net/Tutorials/Photo%20Booth/photobooth.htm
