brodie_83 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Wow that looks great so far! I had a similar idea but using the 5.4 supercharged V8 from the Ford Lightning. The bodywork looks awesome!
Ramfins59 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 That is looking great Tom. I love those wheels.
bill_67 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 This is a cool start Tom, great engine choice and wheels.
Tom Geiger Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Hmmm.... building a '53 Ford pickup for any particular reason??
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 You have the stance spot-on. Very slight forward rake, just low enough to look hot without looking dorky, and the front wheels look like you have them set far enough inboard so the thing would actually steer if it were 1:1. Keep that exact stance and she'll look great.
southpier Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 i've got one on the 'in-the-works' shelf. share your plans for the hood? lift-off? specialty hinges? following along.
