LMDAVE Posted February 15, 2015 Author Posted February 15, 2015 Thanks, yeah, I like the color too. installed foil and head lights, will tackle the main foil trim next.
LMDAVE Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 Thanks Corey! Today was a pretty productive model day. Got the foil all done on this. BMF was definitely 10 times easier to work with than that EZ chrome I had before.
6ohMax Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Impressive, I really want to try that BMF on my 69 camaro I will be building in the future.....how is it for 1st timers like myself?
LMDAVE Posted February 16, 2015 Author Posted February 16, 2015 Thanks, well, I'm a 2nd timer right now, used EZ chrome on my first build. BMF goes down easy and finds the contours easier for you to run your razor through.

1930fordpickup Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Dave this is looking good. No not give up on the wheels. By the look of the paint on the body you can get the outer edge on those rims to shine.
microwheel Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Howdy Dave. Looking good my friend. Glad to see the BMF is working out for you. I knew you'd like working with it better than the EZ-Chrome.
tbill Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 coming along very nice, great color, and the bmf looks great.
LMDAVE Posted February 18, 2015 Author Posted February 18, 2015 I've been working on the engine lately. Tried to keep the colors pretty stock and gave it a slight dirty look. Ready to be dropped in.
LMDAVE Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Added in the front suspension, aged it a little with some slight surface rust on some of the members.
LMDAVE Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 Finished the majority of the interior today. I'm approaching the end of this build. NOt sure if I'm going ot add seat belts or not yet.
tbill Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Dave, love the interior color, but is it tan, off white, or?? looks great, but hard to tell exact color on my monitor, lol.
mustang1989 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Body looks swell there Dave! Engine and interior work is great as well.
LMDAVE Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 (edited) Thanks Guys Dave, love the interior color, but is it tan, off white, or?? looks great, but hard to tell exact color on my monitor, lol. Tom, the interior is Modern Desert Sand, guess you can call it an off white, and the flocking color is tan. Here's another shot of the interior that may show some better lighting.
