Danno Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 As the owner of a 1:1, I think yours is the nicest built example of this kit I've seen. Excellent job. -MJS Mike's praise is good enough for me. I concur!!!
Modelmikey Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Nice clean build Hope to see it at Shearwater this year.
mikemopar70 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Very clean build! Your Mustang looks just like the real thing!! Great paint and details!!
ERIK88 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 really nice mustang, I like the extra details put into it. I love foxbody's. did you paint the coil springs black? where can I find this bead wire?
NYNS Franky Posted March 17, 2015 Author Posted March 17, 2015 Thank you all for the great comments! The bead wire was picked up at Michaels. It can be purchased in different gauges or sizes. It's already coated black, but will chip if handled roughly. I have used the thinner gauge for spark plug wiring as well. It's $10 bucks or so and will last a very long time! Hi Mikey, I plan on being at the Shearwater show this April. hoping to get one more done by then as well. See you there!
mustang1989 Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 I meant to comment on this yesterday but had to tend to one of my dang dogs yesterday morning! I'm a big Fox body fan and like this build a lot! That color is electric!
