Erik..... " There are always 2 sides of a story, that is a fact too. However, RR seems to be getting more negative feedback than any other resin-caster. This didn't start out of nothing, somewhere there are unhappy customers with RR. " Thank you for your "suggestions" , duely noted I guess you haven't been following "other" posts ref'g a particular resincaster who's been changing their names & stiffing customers for $1,000's world wide , for the 2nd time w/ their 2nd company name in the event that any of you missed this : * however what your Not Seeing is the 1,000's who have indeed recv'd our Quality resin products Enjoied the building Process over the past 9+ yrs that we've been in business ! Case in point, * did James join group MCM to post that he did indeed recv' 3 > 08 Mustang CV & other misc items, & that he was happy w/ the product ?? NO, ..... he joined here the other day to air dirty laundry { I just recv'd a direct email from an "astute observer" happened to notice; that James didn't post pics of FINISHED MODELS or RESIN *the 80% of product he already recv'd* i.e (3) of the 06/08 Mustang CV's & other misc items, , he just posted what he didn't recv' } thank you "astute observer" Once all this all behind us & OLD NEWS I seriously doubt ....James , will publicly state that he did indeed recv' pkg ! Seems to me ( & others) that once someone has a minor "situation" w/ us ( or anyone else for that matter ) here , that the 1st "knee jerk reaction" is Post Publicly , instead of the senseable solution , communicating directly w/ indivdual I'm drawing a "Line in the Sand" w/ this non sense , & going on record, that I shall not tollerate , condone this form of behavior , nor shall I succumb or be leveraged , to this form of slanderous public extortion Again , it's basically very simple , communicate w/ me here directly I reply to every email, inquirey etc... in due time I'm very busy & do not have time to sit in front of the Computer Volleying replies My time is better invested , out in the shop fulfilling my commitments ( orders ) to my valuable customers Have a Great wkd -

Erick, that's fair enough, & can understand your position * however what your Not Seeing is the 1,000's who have indeed recv'd our Quality resin products Enjoied the building Process over the past 9+ yrs that we've been in business ! Case in point, * did James join group MCM to post that he did indeed recv' 3 > 08 Mustang CV & other misc items, & that he was happy w/ the product ?? James, Interesting, how you make it sound like "you never received anything" from us When in fact... you have in fact received 80% of your original order , however no mention of that here {Nor , any mention of the quality of that 80% ( 3 ) 08 Mustang trans kits & other misc. items } Yes, we do owe you 20% of the order , (1) 67 Cougar & a couple of smaller hood scoops (These molds do not last forever & have to re molded after approx. 50 castings ) What interests me, ( besides the fact you joined this group just to bash me ) , is that your not mentioning that you did indeed recv. 80% of your order , a long time ago & I quote your words > "very happy w/ the Quality of our resin products you did reveive" Now, your posting 1/2 truths ref me / my company , and from what I understand aren't 1/2 truths .... basically lies Your balance on this order ( 20% ) is packed up & ready to be shipped w/ Delivery Confirmation ( read the direct email to you ) Just an FYI to all , if anyone has any questions w/ our resin products or your order Feel free to communicate w/ me here Directly > ReliableResin@aol.com Happy Thanksgiving wkd -

Jim I have recv'd a CD w/ 90% of the decals the Joe C @ "Fremont Racing Specialities" created / produced , along w/ many of the masters that either I created or Joe wanted me to "carry on" w/ his blessing As far as the decals are concerned , we have a lazier & ink jet , as well as my ole' Alps MD 5000. We'll be dialing in the details , soon Right now our focus here has been the new Web Store & working out the kinks, gemlins... This past wkd, we made major headway & the next cple wks uploading images / text I'm not @ all savvy w/ HTML / PHP... codes , it's a lil' more complex than merely uploading images to Fotki, Facebook or emails Build ON ! Resin Casters?
Reliable Resin replied to Custom Hearse's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Shoot me an email w/ an image of what exactly it is you need cast Build ON ! Don -
slung some putty at it before I came in. The frontal droop looks a lot worse on screen than in person which could be a a bad thing as its the only way you guys will see it I'm having a lil' Deja vu When I did the master for my P/S P/M rsein body, I "think" I used 2 bodies & cut the front valance @ the bumper & flipped it upside down Have a new version in the works ... GT500 Shelby w/ a few options for hoods Yours is looking good ! Build ON ! Don
-
Oh boy.. that's not a restoration , more like a resurrection ! LMK , if you need any misc resin parts/components i.e. Bumpers (Non 35MPH Bumpers which I think that kit has )/ Clear headlights & if that body winds up being a lil' more than expected, we have the 70 cuda body , you could graft in the front / rear Build On ! Don
-
Wow , that's really looking good If your looking for those rear wheels , we have them & they are modified / already set up for the width slicks that you'll be using I designed the wheel for the Seaton's Nova Super Shaker email me > ReliableResin@aol.com

They're listed now & more to come !
