DPNM
Ow. It hurts just to look at. SOOOOOOO Sad . The Super Bird is the saddest to me. Looks like somebody didn't set the parking brake on the '65/'66 Vette.

scottyguitar
I think the orange Torino was one of the cars that was damaged by the high winds at one of the Scottsdale auctions a couple of years ago.

I was thinking the same thing. Brings a tear to my eyes seeing those.....well, except the S10, I kinda lol'd at that one.
mk11
Yeah, looks like that big ol' nodular Ford diff was a little too much for that widdle chebby to handle Sure was a mess at Scottsdale; wonder if all the claims are settled yet... That one Charger looks like it got nailed by a freight train a la Dirty Mary-Crazy Larry mike Edited February 18, 2014 by mk11

Scuderia
those are indeed hard to watch good grief.... But the S-10 had some comedic value at least lol.. The ones that look like moving wrecks are tough, hope no one got hurt.

Lovefordgalaxie
Oh poor little Torino Cobra Convertible... If that '48 Ford were stock I would miss it too. All the rest: Not really.
The70judgeman
@Ray- Actually the Sublime Green Charger was sent to GYC. They're already working on it and have posted pics on FB. The problem with the "winged" cars, Daytona and Superbird, is there really isn't any safety structure behind the nose and that pic really proved it....flat as a pancake. ToyLvr
All this, on top of the recently posted photos from the Corvette museum. God forbid that we should find amusement in the misfortune of others... (ok, so the S-10 photo was kinda funny). ;-)
pharoah
Ouch indeed. And the bad parts i,that that's a small percentage that get nailed. Here's a 67 LeMans that got T-boned by a soccer mom driving a Lexus. she was on her phone and drove over one of those little greenery islands they put in parking lots and into the Pontiac, pushing it into the 40 Ford coupe next to it. She never hit the brakes... Edited February 18, 2014 by pharoah
Jantrix
She never hit the brakes... I hear that a lot. I lost a six year old Continental with 35K miles on it to the same thing. In the parking lot of my own apartment. The driver panics, mashes whatever pedal they happen to be on thinking it's the brake, and when the car doesn't stop they just mash harder. disabled modeler
Devastating.... The orange GTO looks like my old TA did but only it was from behind...I got to see it from photos a friend took of it sitting in a scrapyard lot before they processed it... it only had 33,000. miles on it....now i have 350,000+ in me....
