The The Interior, Bubble Top and Roof are from Monograms Cherry Bomb. The Main Engines are from the Revell F-14 Tomcat. The Main Body Section come from the AMT Romulan Warbird... I only need part of the rear section from the top side of the Tomcat so I cut the front off and then removed the Rear Wings. I fit the top half of the Romulan Body to the top half of the Tomcat Body/Engines and Marked the area where they met. I cut the area out along the lines. Here are the Top and Bottom Body Halves in place. I kept Trimming and Fitting untill the Upper Body and the Lower Body/Engines appeared to be one piece. Rear View! More Coming... Then I traced the Tops Shape on the Top Half of the body and cut it out. Here is the Top glued in place... Side View... More Coming... I fit the Nose in place and sanded down the area to make the body pieces blend together. Here is the top view with the Nose in place! More Coming... Ira Posted April 30, 2013 Author Share Posted April 30, 2013 FASTBACK!!! I cut the Trailer from the Cherry Bomb Kit up to make an extension on the Stingrays Roof. The Front/Bottom section will be used on the Roof. I taped the Trailer Section in place and the Roof and Trailer Section Fit Together Perfectly!
