madisonwoodsmith
Nice ride, Eric. I'm waiting for mine to arrive in the mail. This build is also going to be my first attempt in detailing...wiring, plumbing and polishing. Hope it comes out as good as yours did! sherm71
Thank you John !! i did this on a very tight budget but i am very interested in taking my builds to the next level by purchasing some detail products to do better wiring and plumbing !! i used Testors paint on this one because of the particular shade of blue i was after. I really don't care for the model spray paints they are very thick in my opinion. I typically use automotive spray paint with many coats of clear laquer then hand rub. My painting process involves my refrigerator and a hairdryer since it is very humid in Florida i must control my paint temperature during the drying process. I also plan to build a few select kits that do not come pro street and turn them into pro street cars as that is my favorite style old pro street muscle cars !!! Shane i am on that facebook page !! PappyD340
Looking real good Eric, I got a couple of these kits too I have already opened up the doors and trunk on one of them, it's going to be a drag version, but that's about as far as I have got with it, I got too much stuff going at one time!!
