I'm looking for an MPC Dyno Don Nicholson Pro Stock Pinto kit.

 

I have some 'sealed' kits for a possible trade or maybe something else can be worked out. 

 

- Revell 'Match Racer' Pro Stock Firebird (Sealed)

- Revell 'Your Mother's' Pro Stock Oldsmobile(Sealed)

Has anyone sprayed Testors Ultra Gloss Clearcoat Auto Lacquer over decals after the decals were applied to a kit?

A friend suggested that the Testors clearcoat lacquer may be too hot and might eat the decals.  He also said the Testors clear lacquer would cause the decals to yellow over time.  He thought that Gunze clear gloss might be better to spray over decals to seal them on a model.

Any thoughts on this?
