  1. I'd checked the stance of the Camaro i'd noticed it sat too high so i had to trim the lift blocks some now it sits level with a slight rake.
  2. Nice build, James i love the details you put into this Roadrunner nice color. Keep up the great work.
  3. More progress on Jungle Jim's Monza i'd painted the body the other day with Dupli-Color "Metalcast" Blue Anodized and Dupli-Color Ultra Silver Metallic as a base.
  4. Thanks for the compliments fellas heres an update on the Nova back in March she won 1st Place & Best Automotive at the Great South Tigerfest model contest. I really didnt expect to win that day boy was i surprised.
  5. Jeff, That hood looks just like the one that was on Ponch's Trans Am from Chips.
  6. More progress pics of the 37. The interior is from the kit minus the headrests didnt look right i'd painted the interior with Valspar Urban Beige.
  7. Chuck, Nice start on the Cutlass where you found this resin body i would love to find one to replicate my neighbors 84 Cutlass that he used to race in Super Comp class back in the early 90's.
  8. Mike, Nice start on McQ's Trans Am i'll be watching this build. I have this kit too might work on it someday.
  9. Heres another one of several of my projects. Im looking to build this one mostly out of the box with a modifications done. My idea for this project is Modern suspnsion & drivetrain and the exterior is old school. I'd painted the body & fenders with Premium Flat Black. The wheels came from a Revell 49 Mercury & the tires are from a Monogram 56 T-Bird. The kits Chevy 350 will motivate this beast added a set of finned valve covers.
  10. More progress done on the 26 T that was about a week ago. The body & fenders has been painted with Valspar Copper Metallic instead of the Cordova Brown that i'd had in mind i'll buy another 26 T for that color. Heres the pics.
  11. Its been awhile since i did anything with this build it was time to dig it out. I'd painted the body & oversprayed the frame with Krylon Smoke Gray.
  12. More progress done on Grumpys Toy. The suspension is all assembled i'd added some leaf spring blocks in order to clear the rear slicks which came from a Revell 79 Camaro Z28 kit. The fun part is finding a set of tires for the front thats 1970 correct might help lift the front end a little. Any suggestions on this build would be appreciative i dont know much about these old Pro Stockers its been a blast so far.
  13. I'd made a aluminum panel from a coke can where the gauges once were and i even made a panel for the firewall. I hope this blank gauge panel is correct for 1970 specs.
  14. Its been awhile since i'd worked on this build. I'd primed the body with Dupli-Color Sandable White Primer.
  15. Heres another build im slowly working on alongside my 26 T Sedan Delivery. I got this in a trade from member Michael Mullins a.k.a A/Gass. Im looking to build this one mostly box stock add some details here and there. The color im using is Dupli-Color Bahama Blue Metallic to replicate the factory Marina Blue.
  16. The other day i was going through my stash i'd came across this Revell 26 Ford T Sedan Delivery that i'd bought from a model show back in March i'd figured i would build it. My plan for this build is straight out of the box maybe some detailing im debating on what shade of metallic brown to use its either Dupli-Color Cordova Brown or Testors Root Beer Brown.
  17. I was originally gonna make this Baldwin/Motion Chevelle without the stripes but i'd went ahead and added the striping it was fun installing them.
  18. The kit i'd found the flames is the recently released Revell 57 Chevy Bel Air Two-Door Sedan 2 N 1 kit number 85-4251 silver with blue flames on the box art.
  19. The body has some paint on it i'd used Krylon Sun Yellow over Dupli-Color White primer. The flames came from a Revell 57 Bel Air kit. The wheels came from a AMT 62 Bel Air with AMT 40 Ford Coupe hubcaps. The flames arent exactly accurate like the ones in the movie but it will do.
  20. The kit im using for this build is a AMT 57 Bel Air which is a new tooling from 1999 that has the blue car on the box art. The kit number is: 8315 .
  21. I'd came across this by accident when i was at Home Depot its rubber shelf paper. I'd figured i pass it along i'd tried this material on my 57 Chevy rear seat looks pretty convincing. What ya'll guys think.
