  1. I just picked up this kit in a collection I purchased, I can't seem to find any info on it anywhere. Does any one know any thing about it. I have been building and collecting kits for over 40 years and I have never seen it before. The kit is complete only some damage to the decals.
  2. Revell's 32 ford with AMT 289 cobra engine and revel's 40 ford wheels. slightly channeled
  3. The issue I have has the same tree but it is not chrome.
  4. I have a older version of this kit (I believe it to be from the 1990's) The kit is opened but sealed inside. The instruction sheet calls for some of the parts to be plated but all the parts are molded in blue (no plating) The parts that are marked as chrome on the instructions are present in the sealed bag but they are not plated. Does any one know anything about this issue?
  5. I started my own conversion of the DOH kit this is where I am so far. As kitbash 1 said the DOH kit does not have all the nascar parts also the floor pan of the chassis has rug detail molded into it. I will be using most of the petty kits chassis parts or scratch building.
  6. Here is a few photos of one of the Yat-ming piece I Customized a few years back. It is actually a pretty decent piece for the price.
  7. Interesting Mega Hobby is showing the kit in stock with the clear body. I ordered one on Sunday and I didn't receive a back order notice. Do you know if any were shipped with clear bodies?
  8. This is the front engine dragster from the AMT reissue double dragster kit. All the chrome was striped and painted with alclad paints. The front wheels and tires are from the revell tony nancy kit.
  9. This is the Revell kit that was issued when the "Batman & Robin" movie was out. I hated the movie but liked the car. I started the kit when it was first issued and it sat for many years until I recently completed it.
  10. This is a older build using a AMT body with a Jo-han frame and interior. Decals from Fred Caddy.
  11. Here are a few I built several years ago.
  12. Nice work Ron , I can't wait to see the finnished project, Here is that Wagon site we talked about http://www.lastsummer.com/wagon/index.html Bill
  13. This is my first post here, I thought this would be a good place to start. My build for the Lions Drag Strip "Open" will be something a little diffrent. I will be building a 1963 Dodge Wagon that ran in the B/Stock Automatic class. The car had a Stage 1 426 Max wedge. This car won the class at the 1966 U.S. Nationals running 12.59 at110.83 MPH. Below is the only photo of the car I have been able to track down but it was all I needed to get me inspired. I would be greatful if anyone out there has any more photos or information on this car. I am using a R&R resin 1963 Dodge wagon kit and a lindberg 64 dodge 330 super sport as the major doners. Parts box and scratch building should finnish it off. Decals will be printed on my PC.
