  1. I remember when the Sprint Cup (or Winston Cup as I'll always remember it) used to run in Japan.
  2. I'm pretty good at car stereo installations. Basic head units, mid-range speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers what have you. And I'm pretty good at tuning them to sound the best.
  3. Yeah I'd like it better without the numbers too. The only thing that should be orange with a black 01 on the side should be a Dodge at least.
  4. Yes....because everyones looking at the cat................lol
  5. never really thought about or tired to attempt to build a scoop. I always just made a pre-made scoop fit on a new hood. May have to try that.
  6. Those are also from the Saleen Speedster.
  7. I've been working on this one for a while and have it almost done except that the stock hood won't fit. As you can see I used the engine from the Revell Saleen Speedster and the blower won't clear, no matter how much I tried to trim it. So it's on the back burner until I can find a new hood with a good sized scoop. Anyways here are a couple pics.
  8. I posted a couple pics earlier of the hood I custom built by taking the L88 Camaro hood and grafting the scoop to the Ranger hood. Well here is the finished product and the truck it was built for. I tinted the tails, lowered the suspension, added Subaru wheels and tires, shaved the door handles, made a mesh grill, custom intake and dual side exit exhaust. Let me know what you think.
  9. I love the look. It's so crazy it's awesome!
  10. Welcome to the party! Any friend of the forum is a friend of mine!
  11. maybe its because it doesn't have the nose on but it looked a lil older to me. Though my vision kinda sucks too....
  12. I'm working on a 68 Shelby with the 5.4 Terminator. Trust me its a lot of work to get it to sit right and I'm not sure on the 69 but the supercharger won't clear the stock hood on the 68. Not trying to discourage you, just a heads up. I'm sure with the Anvil as inspiration you'll knock it out man!
  13. Looks kinda like a concept Mopar was cooking up way back in the day. Awesome work!
  14. Wasn't the Smokey and the Bandit car a 77? Don't get me wrong I love how this car looks I'm just asking.
  15. If you ever decide to make and sell those valve covers, PLEASE let me know!!!
  16. Yeah I later thought about that too Danno lol. Trust me it looks better in real life, i just need to get a better camera and work on my photo-taking skills. I'm a builder not a photographer as you can see.
  17. Oops, I completely forgot about that. Please move if you deem that needed admins.
  18. Just finished this lil hatch up the other day. And I know what you're thinking judging from the pics and all I can say is that my camera sucks and the real thing looks a lot better! lol Anyways nothing to crazy with this one, tinted the tails, threw in some parts bin racing seats, Autometer Tach and parts bin hood scoop. (which seeing it done I have mixed feelings for but its to late now.)
  19. I'm working on a Ford Ranger Splash that I shoe-horned a 5.0 and 5-speed into. I lowered it and added 17" wheels from the Revell Subaru WRX. Its got all the typical custom touchs, shaved door handles, mesh grille, side exit exhaust and tinted tails and I knew the factory hood wasn't good enough. So I took the hood from the Baldwin-Motion Camaro, cut out the scoop and grafted it on the Rangers. I filled in the divet in the center (it was an L88 style scoop) and I think it looks pretty good. I just need to sand it one last time before clearing it. What do you all think? I'll post pics of the whole truck when its done. Sorry for the bad pics.
  20. Seeing those Dakotas makes me think of the Dakota Lil' Red Express that they attempted and failed miserably at.
  21. Yugo ( For obvious reasons) Chrysler K Cars (Had an 86 Plymouth Caravelle 2.2 non-turbo and man......what a turd) Kia Sportage (Crappy gas mileage for a 4 cylinder, Got the same as my 91 F150. Plus the automatic hubs were notorious for going out) Pontiac Aztek and Chrysler PT Cruiser (Again for obvious reasons)
