  1. Thanks guys, the texture of the roof was done with Testor's upholstery spray paint then Krylon flat balck over that. Actually I ended up applying some armor all this morning 'cause the paint i had for the touch ups wasn't sticking. . . But it came out looking cool anyway. :lol:
  2. I managed to finish this one tonight, just a few touch ups left, otherwise it's done. . .
  3. Thanks, it was going to be a full detail model, but i had some accidents during the build and had to change it a bit. It will be curbside now and I hope to post some more pics of the finished model tonight.

  14. We had a bit of sunshine yesterday and was able to put some paint on the body. . . Here are some pics. :lol:
  15. I think I haven't posted this model here so please excuse me if I already have. . . Model is a Plymouth "Fury" from the AMT Slammers Series. . . All mouldings were shaved and different wheels. . . I guess that's all that's been done to the model. Hope you like it. B) I'll try to get some better pics tomorrow. . .

  17. Thanks guys, It took 2nd place in Curbside class at a local show today. Paint is Tamiya, TS-52, Candy Lime Green and TS-13 Clear coat. Glad you guys like it. . .

  23. Well, the engine is going to be an Offenhauser indy car 4 cylinder. Not much detail here, just some wiring and hoses, etc. While this engine wouldn't be a "real" option, I'm using it as a "what if" type of build, after all it's just to be different. . . Here's a pic of how the engine fits. . . The radiator is from a 37 ford street rod.
