The wheels are from Revell's Nova kit and added AMT RWL tires from a Parts Pak. The interior will be black. How does it look so far? Here it is in Tamiya black and no clear coat, with Tamiya clear blue tinted windows.. I now have every year suicide door Lincoln, I just need to finish restoring my 62 convertible and 63 sedan. 17. Another one of my quick restoration. I won this on eBay last Wednesday, it arrived yesterday and I finished it up this afternoon. I painted it Dupli-color Bright Aqua Mist over dark grey primer. The top was painted Testors Wimbledon White. and the interior matches the lower body color. I redid all the chrome with BMF and tinted the glass with Tamiya Clear Blue. How does it look, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. 19. I bought this at a swap meet at the Jersey Shore MCC last Friday night. It is a very clean and scratch free model. I primed it Testors white lacquer primer and then painted the lower part of the body testors Tropical Turquoise. I then sprayed Testors Wet Look Clear over the primer white top and the turquoise lower body. I polished out both sections with Novus #2 to a mirror finish. I tint the glass with 5 very light coats of Tamiya Clear Blue. AMT Part Pak Firestone Wide White were used along with a a Modelhaus front bumper. I'm still waiting on fender ornaments, but I'm calling this one done. Thanks for looking. 21. I bought this at the LIARS show in NY in November. I ordered parts from the Modelhaus the same day. The parts came on Monday and I started on it right away. I primed the body and then painted it Tamiya semi gloss black and the Dupli-color Bright Aqua Mist. the black under coat tinted the Aqua a very close to 64 Pontiac Gulfstream Aqua. The top and interior were done in Tamiya semi-gloss black and I also addedna set of AMT red wall tires. Thanks for looking.
