extmcdriver Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Hey folks, this is my rendition of the famous Movin' On Kenworth. I built this about 8-9 years ago. The engine is actually a Cummins VT903 taken from the old International 4200 series from ERTL. The torsion bar suspension was from an EBAY glue bomb, the rest is from the parts box. This project took close to 3 months to complete and last but not least, the decals came from JBOT. Thanks for viewing!!!!
Old Buckaroo Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Very nice rendition of an all time favorite truck. I like that you used the torsion bar suspension and the Cummins VT 903. Thanks for sharing and welcome to the trucking section of the forum !

angelo7 Posted February 17, 2016 Posted February 17, 2016 Rick, did you stretch this frame to accommodate the bigger sleeper?
extmcdriver Posted February 17, 2016 Author Posted February 17, 2016 Yes, the frame was stretched based on the photos of the actual truck posted on Tim's old website.
