GlueTube Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Great work on tough subject matter. Well done sir!RegardsBrian Kroon
Phildaupho Posted January 16, 2017 Author Posted January 16, 2017 I finally got back to the workbench a couple of weeks ago after a two month break. Since then I have been painting parts and just finished assembling the cockpit area. Next up will be installing the engine/transaxle/rear suspension assembly.
Phildaupho Posted January 29, 2017 Author Posted January 29, 2017 Essentially everything expect for the outer body is now completed, although I can see in the digital photos there are a few things that need tweaking.
RancheroSteve Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 Looking good - a real achievement already!
iBorg Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 I just stumbled upon this build......I keep on being amazed by the skills of some of the members here. The fabrication skill here is outstanding.
Phildaupho Posted January 31, 2017 Author Posted January 31, 2017 Thank you everyone for your comments and encouragement. This should be my final post for the Lola On The Workbench. I know I keep working and do the final painting, assembly and decaling of the body but have found myself making excuses and I even broke my New Year’s resolution by starting a new project before completing all my unfinished projects.
Phildaupho Posted February 24, 2017 Author Posted February 24, 2017 Finally completed and posted Under Glass. Thanks for looking.
