  • David G. changed the title to 1941 Plymouth Coupe: WIP (Photos Restored)

I've gone in and reedited the old photos to hopefully make them a bit more eye friendly and uploaded them to the topic once again. This should be the last time I have to rescue this topic from the PhotoBucket Monster.

Regards,

Great looking project.  I really like the front grille in these old Plymouth.  I like how you used the wire on the front.

Thanks Bob. The grilles on these old Plymouths do look great which is why I had to address AMT's decision to split the mold the way they did. The front of that car is meant to be the main visual focus, every feature on the car draws the eye straight toward it. I've seen others build it with that panel just glued into place and... I just couldn't do it that way. Thanks again.

Another informative and fun thread on a subject I'm guessing 99% of us have in our stash. Thanks for restoring this one; it's new to me!

I'm glad you like it Rusty, thanks for saying so, and you're welcome. I'm trying to get on or two of these per month. By my reckoning I have eight or ten more to go.
