Amar2300 Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 (edited) Hi. So i started this kit a couple of weeks ago, and i was in my zone so i forgot to take pictures from the start of the build. (BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH) . But anyway this is what i got so far. i usually always start with the engine or body but this time i started with the interior. i really think i got of to a good start. but thats just my opinion. i will have to make a few touch ups, but nothing major. It is a Revell kit scale 1/24 Next was the breaks. I decide to drill them out for a more realistic look. But i dont know how big the effect will be, when the wheels are on. Breaks before And after It is not much but there are still a difference.. Edited October 3, 2017 by Amar2300
BVC500 Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Nice start! What color are you going to paint the exterior?
espo Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Very realistic interior. Are the red stripes a decal ? The kits wheels are pretty open so any brake detail should stand out.
Amar2300 Posted June 14, 2017 Author Posted June 14, 2017 Hi Bernard. I was thinking that i will go with a perlewhite.Hi David. Yes the stipes are decals. The stripes came with the kit and it was actually quite easy to make them fit.Hi Curtis. The paint is Vallejo model air WOOD (71.077) over a grey primer.
Draggon Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 That interior is so nice, its too bad there's going to be a car around it. Just kidding, I love it, the pinstriping on the seats looks great

aurfalien Posted September 22, 2017 Posted September 22, 2017 Hi,Wow this looks very very cool.Super pro level and looks like you are having great fun with it.
StockBoresMe Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 Great job! I love how you went with your own colors and strayed away from the traditional ferrari red.
StockBoresMe Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 One question.looking at the very front of the dashboard where it mates up to the windsheild I'm noticing what looks like 4 openings for possibly the defrosters? Not sure if that's what they are but may I suggest dropping some flat black in there?
