MarcelT4
Hello, I start a new BB. The conversion is already in full swing. This Mustang will come along with the 5.0L engine of the 2014 Mustang GT and many other modifications. I started with the modification of the rear panel to mount other taillights. The part is from an Overtuned Maisto Mustang. Then I started to modify the engine compartment. Here I removed the battery, straightened everything with a sheet and filled with (my) version of GAP. It has also begun to make room for wider wheels. Then I have ever engine parts wrapped in color. And the engine itself too.

MarcelT4
Hello Curt and welcome. Amy question: Is there actually a whipple supercharger for the engine of the 2014 Mustang GT?
MarcelT4
Today I created and printed a prototype of the supercharger.

Your print looks very good. Edited October 28, 2018 by Curt
fordlover632
Love the build. I I’m going to make a57 Ford stashon wagon form revel and I will have 5.0l mustang engine with a supercharger. Where do you suggest to get a 5.0l engine with transmission and supercharger?
MarcelT4
Unfortunately, I have nowhere found a supercharger, so I created and printed it for myself.

MarcelT4
Servus, I've used the last 2 days, and the Supercharger newly created on the PC and printed. Now it's the right thing Whipple Supercharger does in real life. The air duct from the front and the drive on the side over. Here the original. (Picture is unfortunately from a Camaro) And here on the left my created part (I have the Intake built in the same time). The right one is the first prototype. I hope you like it

MarcelT4
Thanks, Koellefornia Kid. So, now under construction. I had to redone the intake because today a SC came from Shapeways. Yesterday I had already given some color to my self-printed. The front suspensions are also changed, so the chassis had to be changed as well. And due to the Radhausverbreiterung inside, of course, the interior no longer fit. What the heck, he is just a 2-seater. And last but not least, a sports air filter. MarcelT4
Hello, I have extended the intake a bit and brought a little more color for the engine in the game. Now I have to somehow integrate the Supercharger into the drive. I just do not know how. I also created an air filter, printed and provided with color. MarcelT4
Now it's time again. I modernized the interior. Then something printed and tinkered for the rear suspension. The strut is for illustrative purposes only. Also for the front something was printed. And the wheels.

MarcelT4
Now continue. Have the engine a try in the room named after him. And once the complete Airride printed and painted. So far from me, now you again.

MarcelT4
Thanks all. Now a very short update. After the 3D printer left, I now had to use the printed parts I had. But first I finished the engine so far and pulled a strap on it. Then I used the front suspension. Now I'll have to decide if I fix the old printer or get myself a Creality Ender. MarcelT4
Hello, After I got fed up with the printer, I worked on the Mustang. First, I took the underbody and attached the suspensions. Since the cardan shaft was now too short, the ends were simply separated and glued to a piece of Casting again. I also finished the interior and primed. Then the first color applied to the interior. After the taillights had bathed almost 72 hours in Dowanol, these were finally freed from the paint and could be properly colored using Tamiya Clear Red. And now a taste of the color. And of course the wheels too. Now I'm curious about opinions.
MarcelT4
Today I finished the suspensions and put on the wheels. Also the interior is almost finished. Here are some pictures.
