Sledsel
Anybody have a clue what this AMT chassis plate fits? Thanks
ChrisBcritter
I thought for sure it was 1965-66 Buick Wildcat, but that kit's chassis has three small differences: the rear of the chassis is W-shaped to match the bumper, the tops of the wheel wells are open, and there's a middle U-joint just to the rear of the second crossmember. The rest looks identical. Hmmm...
ranma
looks to me like a Chevy Impala chassis (1965-1976)
TarheelRick
Not trying to be a smart---- but that could be from many different kits. To me many of those chassis looked alike, very little difference to indicate particular make and model of vehicle.
Mark
That's from either a '69/'70 Wildcat, or a '66 Wildcat reissue kit. '65 and '66 annual kits were longer at the back, shaped to fit the rear bumper, but the '69 and '70 bumpers were straighter so the piece was trimmed.
