I just checked my AMT Shelby GT350 kit and they do look the same.

The hash mark on the upper seat back makes me think of a Ford product, but then again it could be most anything, but I would rule out a Mopar interior just because of the shape.

Just checked my AMT '67 Mustang GT and '67 Shelby and both are an exact match.
