It has been slow going adding parts to the cab. Yesterday I tackled another scratch built headache rack. Some hex sprue and a Coke truck side panel provided the materials. I had to fabricate a miniature miter box to make the 22.5 degree cuts needed for the frame. I just bought some Evergreen I beam from my LHS so after this post I will make the base. Check out the pics. And thanks to Trebor MFG for pdfs of their products WITH DIMENSIONS!

The headache rack is mostly assembled now. I am leaving the chain hangers off until it is painted to prevent ghosting the paint job.

FINALLY!! the chassis is done! I have never put so many hours into ANY model before this one. For those of you who have built this kit, I am sure you will notice that I added a few mods. I think it turned out pretty nice.

I extended the BRBO deadline to Dec 31st , so they're more time for everyone to finish up, after this craziness
