Nice little truck. It's old but I like the body style. I've been looking for an '86-'92 supercab. (No carburetors for me). 1986 2.9liter V-6/auto. Runs good, a/c is all-new, converted to R134. Very clean and I got a good deal on it; traded a pre-'64 Winchester Model 70 and some cash. Will be a cool vehicle to mess around with.

i got my license in one of those ours lasted to 344k when the fuel and brake lines gave out

I got these 2 kits at Panther Hobbies last Friday...

models2012whatigottodayjune152.jpg

...great place, new Mustang was $22 + tax and the '69 Shelby GT-500 was opened but $14 + tax.

Both kits will be SCCeh'd, I was going to strip a built '69 Shelby but now I don't have to!

Cool. Hope Alex is well. I used to work part-time there....... :D

You could say that, I spent $90 on the order, thank god I paid with paypal, so if it doesn't come I have a chance to get my money back , plus the stress of having to move, stress that my car is causing me, I am ready to snap

Overall not bad. They need a REALLY good cleaning but are a major improvement over my stained cloth split bench.

Plus they are heated :)

I normally don't post in these types of threads but I'm stoked; as of yesterday and over the last few months I've acquired a few old Bonnevilles: '67 hardtop, '68 convertible, '69 hardtop, 2 '69 Grand Prixs and a '72 Grand Prix. PLUS enough parts to build a '76 Firebird (minus the hood; I REALLY need a hood).

I think Missing Link makes the '76-'81 Formula hood.

Received my order from Fred's Model world today, all but the goon car, traded a fellow worker who found it in his father's stuff. He was hoping he also got his dad's 58 impala kit, but it was just a few prts, so i traded him a 58 chevy for it. The Javelin was a surprise, I thought I was buying an amx the way he had in described, but got the javelin(same number as catalog), but I am happier, lol. All this for 78.00 and an amt 58 chevy kit for the goon car.

This what I got today, I got a USPS notice to go pick up an item, then I got this kit, been trying for months to get one at a good price, paid $19 with free shipping

p1-16.jpg

I open it up, and find this inside

listing

Now the listing clearly stated new kit, this is not new, this almost built with a 57 chevy body included, I am having bad luck now with model kits, I still have not got my order from Japan, it was shipped on the 8th I think

And got the keys yesterday for the house, not buying it, just renting it
