Foxer Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 (edited) This was a quick little job on a 1/64 Motormax Plymouth Reliant diecast. I'm still looking for a 1/24 version .. it's out there somewhere. The first image is what I started with .. the green one. I painted it and touche dit back up again along with the start of graffiti. This was my daughter's first car .. a gift from my aunt who also gave me MT first car! In the end the car was completely covered with graffiti written by all her friends .. inside AND out! I'm giving this to here along with a .003" pen so she can do the graffiti. Edited July 8, 2017 by Foxer
spkgibson Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Try amazon for the 1/24 scale version....Nice job on the 1/64 scale Very cool.
Green Duster Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 I love it. Drove alot of them over the years. The last was a 85 wagon with the woodgrain. I wouldn't mind finding a 1:24 scale one.
Foxer Posted March 5, 2013 Author Posted March 5, 2013 This is the 1/24 version I've been looking for but no regular die cast sellers seem to have any.
lillakev Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Cool. Who needs Ferraris and Bugattis? Bring on the K cars!
Lunajammer Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 Cute. That's gotta be some small writing. Here's like the 1/24 I picked up from a diecast vendor at a flea market. I couldn't believe some company made a strong investment in a very unlikely subject. A 4-door no less. I'd love to see the market research that suggested this would be hot seller. For the price, it's pretty well done.
gray07 Posted March 6, 2013 Posted March 6, 2013 I have a picture of mine on here, i love the Kcars, and yours turned out great
AzTom Posted March 9, 2013 Posted March 9, 2013 Cool, You'll have to post the photo once your daughter is done with the graffiti.
