MrObsessive Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Very, Very Nice!! The hood clearance for the supercharger is a nice touch! I hope there's a kit for this, 'cuz it looks like I'll never be able to afford a 1:1! I don't care for the black roof though.......hopefully that's an option.
7000in5th Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 Well, Bill, drag out your carbon fiber decals - the roof, skirts and splitter are all natural carbon fiber. At least it blends in better in this new Cyber Gray Metallic color.
Zoom Zoom Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 What the blue devil is that? Love it. The spy photo from last year w/the clear engine cover was real! I figured as much the way they had been camoflaging the hood. Dear Revell...I can't afford the 1:1...please do this car!
ismaelg Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Oh well, I'll buy 2. One blue one Cyber gray. Now if you would excuse me I need to replace the drool bucket.....
Raul_Perez Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Now that's what I'm talkin' about...the return of the ZR-1!!! I can already see where the parts for my next tri-five truck are coming from... Hey Revell, can I get an early test shot, (or two), of that one?!
dub Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Vettes have always been hit or miss with me. Most of the time miss.... But the ones I like, the ones that really strike me, really do it for me. This is one of those..... The original ZR-1 was another. The twin cam engine in that one sounded so sweet when being wrung out on a twisty autocross course. This one should have some pleasant noise too. Definitely different though, no doubt! If Revell does kit this one I will buy a couple. I'll even build one of them.
7000in5th Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 Do you have yours ordered yet, David? Not yet, I'm waiting for blue with white stripes and 700 hp!!
Howard Cohen Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Very neat looking car, smooth, stylish, powerful looking....do I want one? To quote from Monty Python 'Search for the Holy Grail'...no thank you, I already have one...in my dreams! Does it come in pearl white? And since when does Mr. Obsessive need a kit to build a model...Bill, just scratchbuild the extra parts you need Probably end up with working turbos...
