Atmobil Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 This is Italeris Superliner with a resin daycabconversion and aftermarket photoetched emblems. I scratchbuilt the dumperbody and used parts from the scrapbox for the cylinder and hingemechanism. Finished this in 2012. This was my first time using photoetch so the MACK letters on the front are a little croocked. The second to last pic is before it was finished. It is the only one I have that shows the bed raised.
kilrathy10 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 That's a pretty cool looking dumper.....Very nice work on the whole thing.....The dump body is very nicely done.....Very nice subtle weathering.....Looks great...
slusher Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Great looking dump truck, real nice work. Very realistic weathering and not over done...
towman1271 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 looks great! I agree with the others that your weathering is perfect
ChrisR Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Very nice! Who supplied the photo-etch emblems?
Atmobil Posted December 14, 2014 Author Posted December 14, 2014 (edited) Thank you very much guys I'm not 100% of who made the etched emblems as I got them from a friend but maybe KFS(?) Edited December 14, 2014 by Atmobil
pegaso Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I like it. And full of sand, should not be a light weight to carry on. Jaume
peekay Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Looks really great! Love the subtle and very realistic weathering.
72 Charger Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Thats very nicely done & Yes the PE parts are KFS items . You just need to get a bulldog for the radiater!
