  1. Very nice Mustang!!
  2. What a nice story!! I would like to see a long gone model being brought back to me!! Your Mustang looks very cool!
  3. Thank's everybody for these kind comments!!
  4. Yes they are in /25th scale WL-53-25 They work great with decal solvents and i used dullcote to set them uniformly with the tire sidewall...
  5. Yeah, i bought a second ZL-1 at my LHS a few weeks ago... But it's still available, i think you may find any Revell Camaro at hobby shops!!
  6. Yeah i kwow! I tought of it too, but these wires were glued with CA and very well, so removing them wasn't an easy task without damaging the parts and i didn't want to pick another engine in my stash for this, so i decided to live with it. Anyways i weathered the chassis like a year old car, so it make sense that the owner changed the plug wires for racing purpose.. :-P Thank's for the comment!! Mike..
  7. Tank's everybody for the kind comments! It's been a real pleasure build again, this kit may have it's age but it is still a very nice model with all the details right in it's place!! Besides a few adjustments, and a bit of modeler's experience requirement in some areas, i like this kit a lot and still have a few in my stash! Again thank you for replies!! Mike...
  8. At last here it is!! My third completion of 2014, my 1969 Hugger orange COPO Camaro Kit from Revell, with PPG basecoat Hugger orange topped with Testor's wet look clear lacquer. Again, i enjoyed this build very much, and i'm pretty satisfied with the finished product.. The tire lettering is from Fireball Modelworks, and is a must have with alll these kits with generic tires!! So, here it is!! An the last one along with my ZL-1 Yenko phanto i built a few years ago!! Hope you like it!! Mike...
  9. What a beautiful model!!! Are these drag radials are from Fireball models??
  10. Your 'Cuda is awesome, i like the color combo!!
  11. Nice Nova!!! I like the sleeper look!!
  12. Two very nice models, can't wait to see the finished result!!!
  13. Very nice stock-car! Your Charger is really cool, the weathering is very convincing!!
  14. I fixed a warped chassis already, i've done this by fixing it on a piece of glass (picture frame at the dollar store) and heat it gently with my girlfriend's hair dryer.. I then let it set for a few hours and it was done.
  15. Wow! Cool conversion, it looks better than the real roadster!! I like your Shelby...
  16. You may take the AMT or MPC 1988 Mustang GT more than the Revell or Monogram previous editions, since they are in 1/24th scale. AMT and MPC is 1/25 and i think you can find one at a decent price. Monogram never tooled a Fox body Mustang in 1/25th scale and the one you're talking about is based on an old Monogram tooling, they're good looking, but you will have more work to do to achieve the conversion.
  17. Your coervette has the right stance for a modern street machine or resto mod theme. It looks really good!
  18. The man you're probably talking about is Chief Joseph, and his company is Fireball Modelworks. His stuff is very good, it's worth the money!! Here's the link for the drag Radials: http://www.fireballmodels.info/fmr-030.htm. Because i saw the built model from Revell at last NNL East and i doubt that there will be grag radials in the kit!
  19. Very nice Cyclone!! I like these vintGE Nascars! The build is clean and accurate, congratulations!
  20. Thank's eveybody for the comments.. Now the windows are fixed, it's going better and better.. Completed pictues will follow soon, it may be completed this week-end.
  21. Nice Camaro! This orange color is looking really good on a sports car, i remeber my 2006 Cobalt SS war that color too, i loved it.. Your model is really good looking!
  22. Very uncommon subject, i almost forgot that Revell has made this car! Keep it coming, can't wait to see more!!
  23. Nice job on these wheel lips!!
  24. Hi folks! It's raining a lot here, so i decided to give my Camaro a lenght.. Here is the assembled chassis with it's engine installed, with the interior tub placed for test-fit!! From another angle.. And a mock-up, i shot outside,,, It's nearing completion now, i hope in the next days or so!! I like this Revell kit a lot, it looks cool with these tire decals from Fireball Modelworks(make the model stand out a lot better than the blackwall ones!) Stay tuned!! Mike..
