The battery terminal clamps (cable ends) that are bolted to the posts on the battery are they "LEGO" man hands? thats sort of what they resemble care to share what they are or where you get them or how you make them? -

I've noticed one thing, well a couple things about a peticular series of revell issued kits (older) Ford Escorts and it had me comparing between kits each to their own pros and cons the kits in check are the revell ford escort kits the first i want to say is a red issued (original) xr1 pros ~ good decal sheet with seat inset decals ~ good subject matter ~ nice wheels/ tires (real rubber) ~ minimal flash on most examples i've come across cons ~ some plastic seems brittle on some 2nd kit inline would be a more latter issed (still early 80's) escort "turbo" Pros ~ again good decals ~ unique parts special front facia and special hood ~many parts shared from other escort cons ~ cannot think of any Third kit is revell germany (molded in white) escort kamei very cool kit as in this issue theres custom steering wheel, special "ford" "RS" wheels and side ground effects different more aggresive front and rear facia, kit includes other front an d rear bumpers that can be built stateside specs...... Pros ~ unique parts bumper facias wheels and ground effects cons ~decal sheet had tissue protecting decals got stuck to sheet nearly ruined decals ~ lots of flash and sink marks that were not an issue on above 2 mentioned kits...... this makes me wonder of other revell germany kits if there are similar issues or if its a leftover mold gettin new light overseas? i'm interested to see what folks know pics welcomed i'll try to take pics of box art asap

as the title states i'm looking for the proper factory correct colors for the dodge / Plymouth/ Chrysler 2.0 and 2.2 4 cylinder engines' I'm working on a "shelby " Pentastar car Dodge Daytona Charger want to make it as accurate as possible........ was thinking orange, some box art de picts red lookin engine blocks, otherwise i wonder if like 80's 302 fords the block was just something plain like a black, or gray color? any help is appreciated, pics too good news is for a older mpc kit the decals laid down great!! even tho box art depics darker blue shelby decals on the boxart car...... wear-as the actual decals are a lighter blue (still looks awsome on white) pics to soon come.....
