  1. I hope that shipping costs get lower with this new option. I live in Germany and the most great, cheap kits are in the USA. But I wonder about the extreme differences of shipping costs. Some sellers ships a kit for $15 to me, other wants more than $30. This is what I don't understand.
  2. Sad that they don't ship to Germany They have a lot of great paints.
  3. The link works. That's a funny problem! But I don't know a solution...
  4. Hello, today I painted the car. First spraying white, then masking, then spraying black. I used Gunze Mr. Color with Mr. Color Leveling Thinner. I know, it is not the best result but I'm very happy, it's the best result I ever get. The next step is clearcoating, then I apply Decals and then clearcoating again, then polish and wax.
  5. The car I see at most here in Germany is the Volkswagen Passat... But there is no model kit. So I think the Beetle is okay.
  6. Wow, this AMT Meister Bräu Kit is really nice. I want it!
  7. a big workbench spray booth airbrush compressor and gun paints tools computer the TV in the background, I love it to build and "hearing" TV
  8. No, it doesn't work. TS is for hard plastic, it cracks when you crash. For your RC Cars the PS paint is the best.
  9. Okay, thanks for the answer. I will buy Laser Decal Paper and fixative.
  10. Thank you for this tutorial. I will try to do my own decals in the near future. Do you have experiences with laser printers? Is the procedure the same like with Inkjet or are there differences?

  12. Shipping costs to germany are good so I wanted to order one, but I can just pay with credit card... And she is not so popular in germany like in the US. I don't know anyone who has one.
  13. Really nice! I want to order one, but I wait for an answer of the customer service about shipping costs to germany. I hope that they aren't so high that I can't pay it...
  14. Wow, this looks cool. Nice effects. It would be great if you do a review if it is suitable for model cars. I think it looks great on an astro van or so...
  15. Wow, really nice. I think I have to go to the hardware store tomorrow... Do you just glued it together or did you used small nails/screws?

  19. Does nobody has an idea or tip for me?
  20. Today I've got a packet from Hong Kong, full of great modelling stuff. And it was unbelievable cheap, I love the shop.
  21. This is so true! I wanted to start spraying as it rings on the door. I go to the door, it's the postman giving me a package. It's a new kit I waited so long, so I unbox it and look at the parts for a long time. After a few hours I remember that I wanted to spray. The paint is completely dried in the cup.
  22. Hi Jim, thanks for your answer. I finished my school education last year and now I'm a vocational education (I learn a job in a company for 2 years). The theoretically skills I learn in a technical school but they don't have an exchange program or anything else. I only want to take normal holidays in my company and go to the USA but live in a host family, not in a hotel. It's just for 2 weeks, not for an half or a year like at some exchange programs. Hi Bill, I prefer the west coast and Arizona, so this would be great! But I'm not a student, I'm an apprentice (electrician). Here you can read something about my education if you scroll down to point 6, Apprenticeship.
  23. Hey Doc, this is a really cool truck. I love the weathering!
