    Thanks for the compliments fellas! I have made some progress but very little, an no time for pics but they are coming. I gave alclad a go for the first time and I'm very pleased with the results.

    Thanks Ace, those are good ref pics, i guess you could widen the fenders till they "look" good on a class 8 chassis, without getting too technical.

    Yes, thats the 50 model i remember reading bout, but i thought there was somethin on a 53 model, maybe no though?

    Thanks guys, i saw a lot of discussion on widening the 50 ford fenders to make a heavy duty out of it but i wasnt sure about the 53 model.

    Just scored a 53 ford pickup and i want to convert it into a big job or f800, whichever you wanna call it, but i thought you had to widen the fenders? If theres a topic already on this could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks fellas!

    Absolutely gorgeous! The W71's are my favorite coe and you have done this one justice! I have a couple questions though, how did you make the door handles and guages? Also, what frame did you start with?

    Thanks for the comments fellas! I dont wany anyone to take this the wrong way because im not trying to brag on myself in any way, or am i trying to put anyone down, but i just love the details, i like looking at a model and saying WOW, how did that guy ever think of doing that!
