Thanks everyone!

Thanks Dan. Yes the ride height needs to be raised and the wheels need to be centered within the wheel openings.
-
Great kit but the ride height needs to be corrected to a more realistic height. Decal sheet should have included the W-30 air cleaner decal.

Just finished this AMT 1969 Oldsmobile 442 with a non W-30 engine option. Painted in factory color Nassau Blue.

Thanks Richard. The wheels on the LeMans Blue Z/28 could be rally wheels from a 67 Camaro. Not sure since I built that kit several years ago. The headlights were painted with Testors aluminum brush paint on both cars.

Fresh off the bench. AMT '68 Camaro Z/28. I used a combination of kit decals and Keith Marks decals for this one.

AMT 1958 Chevy Impala Restored - Built initially 35 years ago.

Thanks again guys! -
Received this 71/72 Mustang front end conversion kit from Missing Link to upgrade my MPC 1971 Mustang Mach1. A bit of work, some cutting and puttying and a much more accurate looking Mustang Mach1 is the final result. A bit disconcerting doing it on a already finished model but worth the risk. The first two pics are before the upgrade.

Thanks everyone! -
I built this AMT 1958 Chevrolet Impala initially back in the early 1980's. At that time it was my best build. I finally hauled it out of storage where it had been dismantled for several years and restored to my current build level. I installed a set of Firestone pad printed whitewalls and detailed the wheels up, repainted some interior parts, repainted the engine in Chevrolet Engine Red as well as wired it. Polished the windows and paint work with Nu Finish Scratch Doctor to perk up the tired looking paint and dull windows. Shot these pics out in the sun which really makes the colours pop.

Thanks guys. Not my favourite Mustang either but figured I needed one in my collection.

Decided to finish this build off after I started it 10 years ago. Painted in Grabber Orange (non factory color for this year). Used foil for the headlight bezels. Not a fan of this style of Mustang but thought I should have one in the collection. A Pinto on steroids!
