  1. Well the 1941 Chevrolet Pickup is finally finished. This one took me much longer than usual. I lost motivation shortly after I started it.
  2. Built this kit several years ago and decided to give it a mild restoration. Originally painted in Testors Gloss White enamel which has slightly yellowed over the years but I like the way it looks...no so bright and more of an off white shade.
  3. Thanks
  4. My latest build. Turned out better than I anticipated for a snap kit. All parts were glued though.
  5. Thanks everyone!
  6. Thanks. Some of the '57 T-birds came without the porthole. Not too many know this.
  7. Just finished this AMT 1957 Ford Thunderbird. Painted in Tamiya Italian Red. As the Beach Boys said "And She'll Have Fun Fun Fun Til Her Daddy Takes the T-bird Away".
  8. Thanks everyone!
  9. Just wrapped up this quick build. A few fit issues with the interior fitting into the body, required some sanding of the interior sides before it would go in...other than that, a fairly nice kit.
  10. Thanks everyone!
  11. Looks great!....is that Calypso Coral?
  12. Thanks everyone!
  13. Just finished this new release from Revell today. I was working on this one and the Revell 1969 Mustang Boss 302 at the same time.
  14. Thanks everyone! Here's a few better pics taken outside under natural lighting. :-)
  15. Thanks Lee. I used Testors aluminum brush paint in the bottles for the wheels to match my 1:1 reference pics.
  16. Kyle...yes it is. I didn't have to adjust ride height or stance which is very rare on most kits.
  17. Gil...I did do a Revell Mach1 several years back. It is the same kit with a few upgrades. The front end was one as well as the headlights which are now clear whereas the Mach1 were chrome. Same kit though.
  18. Thanks ....it just comes with the single carb.
  19. Thanks...I used Testors aluminum brush paint.
  20. Just finished up this new release from Revell of the '69 Boss 302. Great kit and fun to build. Weather is bad here so I couldn't get outside and get better pics.
  21. Thanks. I had to dremel off about a 1/16th of an inch off of the lower portion of the front fenders so the bumper could move back and remove the tab underneath the top of the front fenders where the headlight/grille assembly glues against. It was an easy fix.
  22. Thanks. Unfortunately the kit came with a Chevy 454 big block. Would have been nice to have a Ford engine.
  23. I did this '68 Camaro Z/28 in LeMans Blue. You can compare and decide for yourself.
