Front suspension is in, worked on cooling system and getting an idea on how to run hoses.. Radiator will be in the trunk and routed forward. May have to find a 32 Ford louvered deck lid for it now.. Also found the hood scoop that will go on. Doors are hinged and on. Think I may have to cut the belts down and drop the alternator down too. It’s hitting the bottom of the hood. That or cut a hole in the hood, scoop may cover it.. Fire bottles will lay on passengers side floor board. Have to put in pan hard bar yet.. At ride height! -
I’ve been off for a month so far, next week too with possibly going back on the 27th unless I hear otherwise. On unemployment for two weeks and company pay and benefit type payout for the other three, along with a few vacation days used too. I’m only getting half of what I make but stimulus helped! We’ll manage to get by but not sure for how long. our main concern is keeping healthy for our daughter! She’s immune compromised and has other health issues. Cold and flu season we don’t venture out anywhere unless it’s needed. Granted what we’re doing now is what we’ve done in past years and adding a bit more concern.. To my wife and I this is close to normal... I Go to Walmart for groceries and stuff once a week for us and my in laws, my wife goes out once every two weeks to another local store (down the street about two blocks) to get the “healthier” food items we use.. Hope everyone stays healthy through all of this!!

Exactly what I used... just mounted another rear axle on the springs and put in a transfer case and extra drive shaft and walla!! Not sure on a sled.. although that could be hitched to a rig so I won’t say never! Just very very far off if I did. Too many projects going on.. -

This was started about 20 years ago, tossed into a box as the front suspension I had under it never worked and I didn’t like the way it was. So it was tossed into a box and put away. Flash forward to about three months ago when my neighbor at the time, now moved, gave me a bunch of built models to pick through and then sell the rest.. Well long story short he had one of the Revell Beretta pro street cars in there and the decals were coming off of and top of the engine was missing. It got me to thinking of this old build so I pulled it back out and started fitting it together. A few mods later and it was sitting on its own and looking pretty good. I widened the rear axle to fit the tires to the body(wider) and not look to toyish! Car was painted over 20 years ago in the green you see. The hood and rear bumper were lost over the years thus why they are flat black and not green! Not sure if I’ll decal it’s or not or just leave it as is... More than likely I’ll leave it as is and call if good!! Someone on forum had the hood and bumper for it but I can’t who sent it to me... Thank you for all who have helped me over the years with parts!!! Anyway, here’s a few pics of it!!
