  1. Very nice build!!!! great looking rig there...
  2. LOL, Nope!!! using the hood for a possible engine cover... it needs a bit more work to refine it but it’s close to where it’ll be...
  3. I don’t like this!!! Lol ? ouch! Took a bit too much off the inside
  4. I usually cut the pin off the blower and add a piece of tubing to bring it out farther and look one piece. You have it together right!
  5. Ha! Yes you did warn me! Just goes to show I’m a slow learner sometimes!! Lol cut the engine apart to modify it to fit the bed better. Putting it back together now! Then I’ll need to figure out induction on it, don’t think I have any turbos to put on it.. have to look and see...
  6. Oh and almost forgot! License plate are will be filled in and thinking tail lights will be exhaust dumps!!
  7. Ok here’s the latest!! Oh and Tom?? It’s your fault now!!!!! I’m getting ideas to put a frame under it after seeing a photo online!!!! What do ya think????
  8. Good idea!!!! Yet another good idea ? i have many problems now I have one more eh!!?? I have an idea for exhaust now! Now I need to figure what to do for powerplant posing and possible ponderings on perfecting my problems!! Lol ?
  9. Lol, I thought of putting the top half of a diesel with a turbo on it above the cover and having dual large diameter exhaust pipes out the back! Put a Detroit 8V with a blower and twin turbos poking up through!? Use just the top half of the engine or maybe have the back half detailed with engine showing!? Who knows!? At first I wanted to build just a quick build but looking at it I almost want to add more detail. Maybe not an interior but an engine bay of some sort!?
  10. Well....... LOL, shy look on my face,,,,, I wasn't going to put an engine in it Per Se.... It's being built as a slammer.... I am thinking of cutting out the tonneau area and having something up through it to look like it has a power plant. I thought at first of putting a blower through it with the exhaust out the back. Then I thought of just putting a aerodynamic scoop back there and that's it... The issue is there isn't much height to it and to put a full on engine in it it'll be valve covers up poking out... She's that low and lean..... Just got done with the third, er, maybe fourth round of fill, sand repeat!!! Hoping to sand what I just put on the nose and shoot some primer on to see where I am at this point...
  11. Yes it is, I like the menacing look of it too!!!
  12. Make sure it’s only one beer! Two could make things messier yet!! Lol You’re giving me the itch to start mine!!
  13. From what I’ve heard all Bandit trucks and trailers were lost in a fire at the recording studios not long after the movies were out. It is Paul Sagehorn that now owns the BJ truck and trailer and has owned the Movin’ On truck. If you’ve watched the cable show where they restored the BJ truck and are doing the road shots of the Bear truck on the road. Those clips are shot through the windshield of the Movin’ On truck!!
  14. Hoping to get back at it a bit tonight!! Thanks guys!!
  15. Thanks Ray! I know it doesn’t have any Cobra parts but glad ya like it!! Lol
  16. I know Jeff!! Lol I’ll get some pics up soon!!
