Harry, I like Kevin's answer to your question. I'm not sure why the holes are there. I've always thought that I was missing a part. The build sheet shows the two holes but not showing anything to go into them. Kenny B

Patrick, The kit was molded in a brown metallic plastic. I don't know why it is that the bigger kits have a harder type plastic than the other scales. The plastic cracks as mine did across the front of the right roof to the back of the left quarter panel/trunk.The front left piller was cracked in half and cracked down the drivers door. I don't know that stripping it twice with easy off may have weakened the plastic or not.I found alot of spider cracks along the rockers as well. But all said make sure that you prep the body really well and that your body work is perfect. Any imperfections will show up and stand out in black paint. Other than that it is a nice kit to build so go all out . Kenny B

I'm really starting to feel old when I look at some of my old builds. Here's one that I built 28 years ago. I was young and painted it silver orange peel. Then stripped it and painted it baby blue?????? It sat for years when I finally decided to carefully take it all apart and do it right this time. It was redone 8 years ago. Three times lucky? The only thing that has to be done is to rechrome the bumpers. I'm going to try out that Alclad Chrome paint on them. Enjoy..... You can always dream. Harry, I went to the fabric store and picked out some black valor material and used some spray adhesive to glue it to the seats headliner and carpets. Then use your fingernail or something pointed to follow the pattern in the seats. Kenny B.

This is one of my older builds a 1/8 scale 79 Trans-Am. I built this about 20 years ago. It was in need of some body work, the roof and trunk was crushed badly when I bought it. Kenny B

Rob, I don't think that it is too big for 1/25 scale. I think that it was birch and it has a real small grain on it. Kenny B -

Rob, The wood inserts are made from a sheet of veneer that I found at Michaels arts and crafts store in Richmond in the model supplies and paints section. I just stained the veneer and put lots of wood clear coat on it. Kenny B -

Working on a twin turbo sure proved to be a headache. If you can find any info on a cat 3408 twin turbo your lucky. I did find some info on it and heres what it's going to look like. It looks like I might have made an error in my measurements I cant't close the hood the exhaust pipes out of the turbos are to wide. Back to the drawing board. Kenn B -

It's time for some more updated pics. I finished doing the top of the sleeper. It took a bit but I think that I can live with it. I rased the cab roof as well. I'm now currently working on the twin turbos an will post them soon. Thanks for the great comments as well. Kenny B -

Anybody out there an expert on putting a twin turbo on a Cat 3408 V8 diesel truck engine? I'm scratching my head on this one. Kenny B.

David, Super nice build, so you truly are the Camaro expert. I see that I am missing a few things off of mine. One of the nicest I have ever seen. Kenny B.

Thanks everyone. The hugger orange one was the first one that I built out of the two of them. I would like to redo it with hounds tooth and photo etched emblems as well. That means repainting....maybe later. Thanks again. Kenny B.

The dash needed some help as well. Wood grain dash inserts were added . Stained and clear coated. That's better. Kenny B.
