  2. Thanks man. But no worries i will continiue these builds but not as 15.000 miles theme's I painted one car red and the other pearl white
  3. Thanks for the tips! I already bought a tripod before a started this so tha is in the bag. I use an Iphone 5 for the filming(not the best quality but i don''t want to buy a camera at this point). And you are right about the length. But sometimes you have to to get it over to the vieuwer in the correct way. But i hope people will appriciate what I am doing. And if you have any other suggestions bring em on!
  4. Love the 2 tone on this looks really clean!
  5. Those wheels look smoking verry nice!!!!
  6. Those wheels will look awsome on this car. and i like what you've done to the grill great attention to detail!
  7. I just started a Youtube Channel on wich i will upload video's of my builds and some how to's. http://www.youtube.com/user/xrcflash And i was just wondering if there were any other youtube modelers out there.
  8. Sorry guy's no more 15.000 Red miles livery's. I was putting on the decals on the firt car, and almost every decal i placed broke on 15.000 pieces separating miles apart.(gotta keep the humor up right??) So instead ill build them as i want them to be. One will be 100% stock in red and the other will be grey with some costum touches and maybe some new wheels
  9. Well Wait no longer then Drilled out the disks Dang that took some time 57 holes times 8 :yikes: Taped off the body's and painted them
  10. Love the work you've done so far, Just not a big fan of the spoiler.
  11. Its not thet big, Just a litte over spray
  12. Sanded down the mold lines an roughed up the body´s, then it was off to the painters(oke fine the shed  )
  13. Both body´s were warped, so I had to straighten them out. I did this with a hair dryer and some small bends being very carefull not toe break the body´s After that i started on the window´s. Masked them off and painted them flat black When that was all done i started on the interior tubs. Thet missed a lot of details that the real car has. So i started drilling filing and bending the mesh, cutting tube and gleuing strips of styrene. They may not be the prittiest vents but I´m happy with the way they turned out.
  14. I will be using these decals This is the Kit I wil start out with.
  15. The chevelle was finished, so I thougt lets go euopean this time. My search for a new build ended in Italie. I chose the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. But then the special 15.000 Red Miles car. When i took the box out of the stash i still had not decides wich one i wanted to build, silver or red...... But that did not take to long. I had anohter 2 612 kits in the stash. So I took out another 612 kit and now I am building Both the Silver and Red car.
  16. Thanks for all the complements guys! Really apriciate it!!!
  17. Lookg pretty good. The only thing i can see are the cut off pieces from the molding on the tail lights. But that is not a biggy on an otherwise great build!
  18. Looks good for a firt after a 6 year break. But i would have done the window trim in silver, atleast until you find the BMF. But thats just my opinion. The rest looks really good!
  19. The black looks really clean good job!
  20. Looks realy nice, Great detailing on the engine.
  21. Looks good! really like the color. But i would redo the silver or touch it up on th driver side door(left). Other than that keep it going Matt!
  22. Just one, I could not get a sharp picture when it was all put together. Hope this is good enough
  23. This was the tub that came with the kit, But i think you are correct about the Pro street thing. It had mounting points for a roll cage. But i did not want to go that route Anywaysss here are the completed picture's http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=77340
