What Is Your Top 10 List of Ugliest Cars Ever?
om617 replied to clovis's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Not a huge fan myself but i do enjoy the styling of the cars from 63 -72 era. I think if you buy a car because of it`s brand or said reputation you can call any car a manhood extension. I buy cars (if i can afford it) i really love or have been wanting to own,not because some fancy commercial or hip celeb own one,or lots of people think it`s awsome. I think it got a lot to do with color and wheels as well if a car look good or not. -
I like where this is going

Thanks for the comments Some progress, chassis fairly done, need shocks on the backaxle and i will need to build a brand new exhaust. I`m a little nervous if the exhaust will go clear of the steeringbox,we will see when the engine arrive. As you can see the wheels are 19",actually 15" wheels from the kit inserted onto 19" rings from Pegasus. I think it look okay but consider painting the spokes darker, maby same color as the car. Also playing around with a cage but i think i will skip that,it`s meant as a daily, not a track monster. But,it will get some seats with good support. You will have to excuse the horrible color on the tub, cant belive the molded the entire kit this way. The inside of the car will be painted in light color, maby chreme/tan. I`m so tired of black interiours. Ok,here are a few pics.

I like the 2014 Corvette, really agressive looking. Actually best looking Corvette since the 68-72 look. But,taste is very subjective. -
Hello. First off,i hope you all understand my bad english I have mostly been following the projects and amazing builds you guys/girls have on this site. Lot of good advice and inspiration. I have mostly been buying stuff since i discovered this forum,it became a little addiction too Well, enough blabla, here is the project i have going for now. First is the Revell 69 Camaro Yenko. Painted Tamiya Gun Metal with Pearl Clear, also Tamiya. Not 100% sure what engine i will go for with this. I have two i`m considering, either the LS7 v8,or the 572 with twin turbo set up. I think i`ll go for carbon fiber hood and front & rear spoiler. Maby some carbon fiber details,so i guess it`s pro touring sorta. Ok,here are some pics. Sorry about the quality.

Are the builtups Jo-han kits? I see some original kits on ebay now and then (not the Polara) and they usually have some steep pricetag. Even so they seem to be sold, and i hope manufactors see this, because there obviously is a market for vintage US (plastic) iron.

Thanks. Modelhaus got molded in hood. Maby go for the MCW kit, also much cheaper, hope it`s not any less quality.

Hello...again Anyone want to recomend a 63 Polara kit? Post or no post does not matter as long as it is a 2 door. I really enjoy these max wedge cars,is it called Pro-stock? But i would want to try build a more street friendly version,no excact replicas. Also, good tip on what donor is good for suspension/tub etc if not included in any resin kits. I`m quite new to resin stuff so i thought it would be okay to ask on here. Tommy.
