Hay Allan ,I like that car . and the other ideas are cool . this is harder then I thought it would be . I know one thing I will be getting more of these kits this model is nice .
This is also one of my favorite builds of all time .I like to weather thing,s and this is one of the best ! seeing what you have done will help me step up my builds ,
thanks CARL , What can I say I enjoy doing it ,now this is some thing that has bothered me brakes on a 29 ford ? I think I have the answer , Now to make it .
yes it is very thin and the fender assembly has lost a lot of it,s strength. I have to be very careful handling it ,but I have done this be for so I,m getting the hang of it . I love taking a peace of new plastic and making it look like old and weathered metal ,wood ,or what ever I happened to be trying to build . thanks for the kind words . keep building and trying new things pushing your skill level .
I got this kit and love it ,but unsure how I want to build it , GASSER ? ,CUSTOM ?, BEATER ? , OLD WEATHERED BARN FIND ?, HELP ! WOULD LIKE PICTURES IF POSSIBLE ,
The tires will be flattened latter .
the method I use is to remove plastic from the back side with a dremel tool to thin the plastic and then I can poke holes though the plastic with a hobby knife or what ever I need to get the results I need . HOPE THIS HELPS
