  19. Ok,Your bubbling might be skin oils on the plastic. If you find the paint is to thick you can cut it with the MM Acrilic thinner. Also make sure the brush is not contaminated with something.Good luck! Eric

  21. Ok,Try MM Acrilic-The water based jar paint. It levels out good-Flat black is my fav. Eric
